At FindParrotBreeders.com, we prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of our parrots. We understand that sometimes, despite all precautions, a return may be necessary. Our return policy is designed to be clear and fair for both the buyer and the welfare of the bird.

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Health Concerns: If your parrot arrives with any health issues that were not disclosed at the time of purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange. This must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your bird.
  2. Incorrect Order: If you receive a parrot that does not match the breed or specifications agreed upon, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Change of Mind: Unfortunately, due to the sensitive nature of live animals, we do not accept returns based on changes of mind after the purchase is confirmed and the parrot has been shipped.

Conditions for Return:

  1. The parrot must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, with no signs of illness, injury, or mistreatment.
  2. The return must be accompanied by all original paperwork, including the sales contract, transfer of ownership document, and veterinary records.

Process for Returns:

  2. Return Shipping: If a return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for shipping the parrot back to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect parrot or undisclosed health issues).
  3. Refunds: Once we receive the parrot and confirm its condition, we will process a refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (Bank Transfer, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay).

  • Health Guarantees: We work with reputable breeders who ensure that all parrots are healthy at the time of shipping. We recommend scheduling a veterinary check-up within the first few days of receiving your parrot to confirm its health.
  • No Refunds for Stress-Related Behavior: Parrots may experience stress during transit, which can result in temporary changes in behavior. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for issues related to stress unless a clear health issue is diagnosed by a veterinarian.
